Sarah Mather, Business Unit Director
Sarah started her career in brand management with Cadbury Schweppes, where she was forced to consume large quantities of instant mashed potato at quality control tasting sessions for Cadbury’s Smash!
After moving to HP Bulmer to launch Orangina in the UK, Sarah joined a leading branding consultancy to work on innovation projects across a range of product sectors from private health to paint. During this time, Sarah put her listening skills and passion for understanding people to good effect by developing her skills as
a qualitative researcher.
Since joining RealService in 2005, Sarah has probably conducted more research interviews with property occupiers than anybody else on the planet!
Today her work involves the co-ordination of research and consulting projects from initial briefing stage to presentation of results.
Married with two daughters, Sarah describes herself as something of a ‘Domestic Goddess’. As well as cookery, she enjoys walking and theatre. She is also
an exhibited artist!
