Saville Kaufman, Operations Director
Saville was born and educated in South Africa and lived in Israel for 15 years. He qualified in electronics and business management, before embarking on a career in IT. He has spent most of his working life helping companies make best use of IT to streamline processes and enhance efficiency (view Technology).
Saville teamed up with Howard Morgan shortly after moving to the UK in 2002 and has been instrumental in designing and developing all the software systems and business processes which have helped support the fast growth of the company.
In 2005 he joined the company on a full time basis as Operations Director and today plays a key part in new product design and innovation, strategic planning and is responsible for all day-to-day operations.
Saville is married with two teenage children. He plays a variety of musical instruments including guitar, piano, flute and blues harp. He is also pretty useful in the kitchen with Sushi and cake baking among his specialities. Saville loves golf and the gym (especially the sauna afterwards!) and enjoys watching rugby. He also does his fair share of voluntary work.
