Sue Flatto, Business Services Director
Sue’s passion for customer service and people development originated at Marks & Spencer where she spent 15 years in a commercial management role. She then transferred her skills to management consultancy where she worked with a range of different types of companies, helping them to achieve Investor In People (IIP) accreditation.
Since she joined RealService in 2000, Sue has been instrumental in building a 25-strong team of consultants of the highest calibre. She is also a stickler for detail and ensures that we deliver against our rigorous quality standards.
Sue worked on the development of the Best Practice Index, a key programme of the RealService Best Practice Group and heads the team of verifiers.
She likes to keeps fit and tries to visit the gym a couple of times a week. Her favourite country to visit is Italy because she loves the food, shoes and handbags!
