Leigh Ralphs, Consultant
Leigh held a number of management roles within the property, recruitment and retail industries before joining RealService in 2006.
She puts her strong interpersonal skills to good use leading projects for RealService and conducting interviews.
Away from RealService, Leigh is involved in a variety of voluntary roles in the community and is a trained child bereavement facilitator with the local hospice.
Leigh enjoys walking, especially in Cornwall, and recently completed a 9km walk at midnight for charity! She is a keen tennis player and a recent convert to Pilates. Leigh has spent most weekends over the past few years standing on the touchline watching her boys (now young men) play hockey, rugby and cricket.
