Lois Kaufman, Senior Consultant
Since joining RealService five years ago Lois has worked as a consultant on a variety of projects, large and small, with her roles ranging from interviewing to data analysis and report writing. Her responsibilities also include heading the quality control team and maintaining the company’s internal online Knowledge Bank.
Lois has an interesting and varied background. After graduating from Manchester University with an honours degree in comparative religion and sociology, she went on to study for a diploma in graphic art. She spent many years working as part of the marketing team of a high tech company in Tel Aviv, Israel.
In her spare time Lois enjoys silk-painting, genealogy and E-bay!
