Louise Freethy, Business Unit Director
Louise trained as a professional ballerina before working as a training instructor for an IT company in the City. She later became Head of IT for a City legal firm before taking on the role of general manager for a bespoke software company, handling the accounts, PR and office management aspects of the business.
She joined RealService in 2003 as a consultant, before moving onto project management and client liaison. In 2005 Louise took over the running of the RealService Best Practice Group and has been instrumental in the Group’s growth and success over the years.
Louise is a top club standard tennis player and a keen skier. She also keeps fit with regular visits to the gym and walking her chocolate Labrador, Coco.
