Karen Mallett, Database Administrator
Karen joined RealService in 2008 following a long career in IT. She worked for 16 years for Three Valleys Water as an applications developer followed by three years as an independent IT consultant implementing Oracle applications for various companies across Europe.
Karen supports the research and benchmarking activities of RealService, a role that involves data processing, production of reports and ensuring the smooth-running of the company’s IT systems.
Mother of two teenagers (and a Bernese Mountain dog, Darcy), Karen used to own a horse and compete in dressage events.
