Karen Mallett, Database Administrator
Karen joined RealService in 2008 having spent three years working as an independent Oracle Consultant, a role which involved working across Europe on Oracle implementation projects.
Prior to working as a consultant, Karen worked for 16 years as a senior developer in the IT Department at Three Valleys Water, Hatfield.
In her role as Database Administrator, Karen supports RealService's IT systems to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Mother of two teenagers, Karen used to own a horse with which she competed in dressage events.
