Heather Purchase, Senior Consultant
Heather, who holds a degree in marketing, joined our consultants’ team in May 2008 following a 20-year career as a reporter, sports writer and departmental editor on national newspapers and magazines including the Evening Standard, Daily Express and ACE Tennis Magazine.
As well as putting her interviewing and writing skills to good use across the company’s various customer satisfaction studies, Heather writes the monthly newsletter for the RealService Best Practice Group and contributes to the RealService website.
Mother to a young daughter, Heather is a former Middlesex county tennis player who has represented England in the over-35 age group.
