Denise Taylor, Senior Consultant
An HR specialist, Denise worked for a number of companies in the service industry before joining RealService soon after its inception in 1999.
She is predominantly involved in occupier research and has worked on projects for key clients such as Land Securities, British Land and SEGRO and the industry-wide Occupier Satisfaction Index. Denise is also a verifier for the RealService
Best Practice Group.
Denise wears another very important hat – that as an ‘Investors in People’ assessor. This provides her with a useful insight into ‘people’ best practice in all types of organisations.
Denise is an avid reader, keen walker, gardener and traveller. It’s a running joke in the office about where she is going to be travelling next as she makes the most of the time between projects now her sons are at university!
