Andrea Aron, RealService Best Practice Group Assistant
Andrea joined RealService in 2007 after spending 20 years working in various roles for Marks & Spencer.
She started as a store supervisor before moving on to become a regional trainer. She then went on to join the Head Office Recruitment Department, responsible for graduate recruitment and other management and non management vacancies. Andrea later worked in the Franchise Department as a supply chain manager before joining the company’s Employment Policy Department.
Today she helps to organise The RealService Best Practice Group members’ meetings and events and supports the Best Practice Index process.
Andrea has a reputation for being creative in the kitchen and enjoys nothing more than thinking about food!
