Insight Investor
Current and prospective investor clients are asked for their perceptions of your firm as Investment Managers. Your Investor Perception Audit will reveal what investors perceive to be your strengths and weaknesses; how your research, reporting and client service compares with your peers; how you can keep existing and attract new investor mandates; and new areas you can move into with the confidence of your investor clients. Insight Investor is vital for setting the direction for your investment management business.
Insight Occupier
Occupiers of all property types – office, industrial, retail, residential, rural and mixed use – are questioned about their level of customer satisfaction. Interviews take place at property and/or head office (i.e. director) level depending on the nature of the study. Studies are often repeated annually as a means of monitoring and measuring progress. They can also be used at ‘key events’ including post occupation, post refurbishment, lease review, lease break and lease expiry.
Insight Client
Existing and potential clients are questioned about what they think of your company – what you’re doing well and where you’re falling short. This process helps you to identify their business needs, enabling you to develop products and services that are directly aligned to meet these needs. Insight Client boosts client retention, reduces risk of client defection and is an invaluable tool in deciding strategy for your business.
Insight Leasing
Prospective, existing, leaving and ‘lost’ customers are questioned at different stages of the leasing process to find out their perceptions of your product or service, their views on the performance of your leasing agent and marketing materials, and their future
property intentions.
Insight Stakeholder
Anyone who has a stake in, or is affected by, your business – employees, shareholders, media, community, suppliers and property industry – are questioned about their perceptions and understanding of your business.
Early Warning System
The RealService Early Warning System helps landlords to maximise retention by identifying which of their occupiers is most at risk of defection before it is too late. It provides a thorough and systematic approach to occupier retention and takes the guesswork out of determining who will stay and who will go.
The Early Warning System is an innovative risk management tool that calculates a ‘risk profile score’ for every occupier ahead of lease break or expiry. It gives landlords time to focus their attention on their most ‘at risk’ occupiers and turn situations around.
The process yields independent insight into occupiers’ feelings and intentions, providing the basis for their risk profile score. A bespoke, real-time web reporting system is used, enabling landlords to gain almost immediate access to their occupiers’ risk profile scores and comments.
The Early Warning System reduces business risk - putting landlords and investors in control and giving them welcome peace of mind.
