Insight Investor

Current and prospective investor clients are asked for their perceptions of your firm as Investment Managers. Insight Occupier

Occupiers of all property types – office, industrial, retail, residential, rural and mixed use – are questioned about their level of customer satisfaction. Interviews take place at property and/or head office (i.e. director) level depending on the nature of the study. Studies are often repeated annually as a means of monitoring and measuring progress. They can also be used at ‘key events’ including post occupation, post refurbishment, lease review, lease break and lease expiry.

Early Warning System

The Early Warning System is an innovative risk management tool that calculates a ‘risk profile score’ for every occupier ahead of lease break or expiry. It gives landlords time to focus their attention on their most ‘at risk’ occupiers and turn situations around.

The process yields independent insight into occupiers’ feelings and intentions, providing the basis for their risk profile score. A bespoke, real-time web reporting system is used, enabling landlords to gain almost immediate access to their occupiers’ risk profile scores and comments.
