Performance Leasing

Performance Leasing ‘Sat Nav’

RealService Performance Leasing ‘Sat Nav’ is an innovative software tool that brings direction and control to the leasing process.

It is aimed at property owners, asset managers, leasing directors, letting agents, finance directors and in fact anyone who has an interest in the commercial success of letting programmes.

RealService developed the new Sat Nav service in response to client demands for a software tool that underpins the Performance Leasing Plan and makes the whole Performance Leasing process simple to administer.

It’s a bit like a Sat Nav that you’d use in your car: You tell the system where you want to go (i.e. amount of space to be let); You tell the system when you want to arrive (i.e. timescale); Our system will work out how fast you need to drive (i.e. the volume of leasing activity at the seven stages in the Leasing Funnel); If you are not going fast enough the system will alert you to the fact that you won’t arrive on time unless you speed up. This is your chance to get back on course!

Business Scorecard

The RealService Business Scorecard is a cost-effective and time-efficient planning, management and goal-setting tool that’s used to increase customer satisfaction, improve staff motivation and maximise profitability.

Using a “balance scorecard” approach, the Realservice Business Scorecard requires input from everyone in the client’s business. The process starts at the top with the Directors setting financial, customer service, people and business process targets for the months and year ahead. Once set, these targets are cascaded down to all staff who work on creating goals for themselves and their teams which align with those of the business.
