  RealService Best Practice Group is a not for profit organisation funded by membership fees and sponsorships.

Our members represent a cross section of the property industry. Members include both public and private property companies, property investment managers, major public companies and property management companies. Some of these organisations manage property in-house and others through external managers.

    RealService Best Practice Group is co-ordinated and administered by RealService, real estate customer service specialists.

    RealService is a specialist research, training and management consultancy for the property industry (founded in 1998) that works with property owners and managers to improve service delivery and property performance.
